Job Title -Supervisor-Warehouse

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Ensure accurate stock records and timely system updates (SAP).
Cycle count processing and monitoring to achieve 100% compliance.
Product revalidation and Scrap disposal on time.
Operational Efficiency:
Planning and monitoring of inbound and outbound shipments.
Supervise receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Warehouse space utilization and optimize storage layout.
Coordinate with production and procurement teams for material availability.
FIFO/FEFO principles for material handling.
To Prepare training calendar and provide on job training to team.
Team Management:
Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
Train team members on SOPs, safety, and compliance requirements.
Safety & Quality:
Ensure proper handling and storage conditions for temperature-sensitive products.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Utilize leadership skills to promote safety awareness, quality, punctuality and non-conformance KPIs.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to GMP and company SOPs.
Maintain proper documentation for material movement, batch records, and regulatory audits.
Internal and external audits preparations and support.
