About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Specialist – Credit Card Operations (E) to join our Credit Card Operations team. This role supports the end-to-end operations of the credit card business, covering pre-issuance, post-issuance, authorizations, payments, disputes, and project UAT testing. The candidate will be responsible for managing card fulfilment, inventory, dispatch, servicing, transaction monitoring, statement generation, settlements, chargebacks, and ensuring compliance with scheme and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and support credit card operations across the entire lifecycle, including pre-issuance and post-issuance activities.
- Drive automation and digitization initiatives to enhance process efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Recommend and implement best practices to improve operational processes and service delivery.
- Lead end-to-end project execution, including quality UAT, alignment with business requirements, and smooth transitions.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to evaluate and implement new technologies and identify strategic opportunities.
- Conduct periodic self-audits and maintain checks and controls to ensure quality and compliance.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for automation initiatives.
- Participate in UAT for new system implementations or modifications to existing functionalities.
- Manage reporting and dashboard updates for operational tracking and insights.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in credit card operations or related financial services.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of credit card operations and lifecycle management.
- Experience in automation, digitization, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage UAT and project execution effectively.
- Proficiency in preparing BRDs and managing dashboards.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
