About the Role

We're hiring an Operations Specialist to manage real-time delivery and city operations across multiple U.S. cities. This is a remote role based in India, working U.S. business hours.

You'll oversee daily dispatch, monitor live deliveries, resolve issues quickly, and help improve operational processes as we scale. You'll work closely with the COO and leadership team to maintain strong performance across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch and live delivery operations
• Audit orders before routes go live
• Assign and adjust delivery routes to ensure on-time performance
• Monitor deliveries in real time and resolve issues quickly
• Collaborate with Driver, Restaurant, and Account Management teams
• Identify operational gaps and escalate risks
• Track KPIs and prepare daily reports
• Recommend process and workflow improvements

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or dispatch
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-volume environments
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and web-based tools
• Strong communication skills
• Available to work U.S. business hours
