Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations role for the solar rooftop sector, based in Surat. The role involves overseeing project management activities, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the execution of rooftop solar initiatives within timelines and quality standards. The position necessitates collaboration with internal departments, coordination with vendors, resource allocation, and on-ground supervision to ensure successful project delivery. It also includes resolving challenges during project execution to maintain efficiency and optimize costs.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to assess project requirements and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Excellent Communication Skills to coordinate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors
- Experience in Sales for delivering effective vendor interactions and client management
- Operations Management and Project Management expertise, including resource optimization and workflow supervision
- Knowledge of renewable energy sector and experience with solar or other renewable energy projects is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to dynamic on-site project environments
