Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Risk and Quality Manager to partner with business delivery teams and drive the implementation of the Operational Risk Framework. This role will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining governance oversight across business processes, ensuring risk mitigation, compliance, and continuous improvement in operational quality.

Required Experience and Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operational risk, quality assurance, or governance roles.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000) and quality standards.
• Experience working in a delivery or operations environment, preferably in [industry].
• Familiarity with risk management tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.

Role Description Task and Responsibilities

Operational Risk Framework Implementation:

• Collaborate with delivery teams to embed risk management practices into daily operations.
• Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks.
• Perform Process Risk Assessments, Control Testing, Thematic Reviews etc.

Governance and Oversight:

• Act as a trusted advisor to delivery teams on risk and quality matters.
• Liaise with internal audit, compliance, and other control functions
• Establish governance mechanisms to monitor and review business processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for senior management on risk and quality metrics.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:

• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Promote a culture of quality and risk awareness across teams.
