The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred but not required)
8+ years experience in operations, business management, or similar role
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with project management tools
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
