Job Title: Operations / Marketplace Executive

Reporting To: Co-Founder
Role Overview:
As an Operations / Marketplace Executive, you will manage the daily operations of our e-commerce business across marketplaces and our website. This includes handling listings, orders, inventory, dispatch coordination, and logistics. You'll work closely with multiple internal teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations
- Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify
- Handle cataloguing, product listing creation, and optimisation
- Monitor and maintain Amazon account health, resolve violations or technical issues
- Upload and manage A+ Content on Amazon
- Plan and coordinate marketplace sale events and promotional campaigns
Order & Inventory Management
- Operate Easycom for order management, listing configuration, and settings
- Monitor inventory across all platforms and ensure accurate stock levels
- Manage Shopify backend: product updates, pricing, and order status coordination
Dispatch & Logistics
- Coordinate with the in-house dispatch team to ensure on-time order fulfillment
- Liaise with logistics partners (Blue Dart, Delivery, DHL) for pickups, tracking, and issue resolution
- Track deliveries and manage returns or undelivered orders
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Communicate with the Customer Support team for order and customer issues
- Work with the Performance Marketing team during sale events and new product launches
- Support the Website Head in maintaining sync between Shopify and marketplaces
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and Easycom
- Strong understanding of cataloguing, listing optimization, and inventory handling
- Experience coordinating with logistics/courier partners
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities

- Dispatch Team for daily order dispatch and fulfillment
- Website Head for website coordination and inventory sync
- Performance Marketer for campaign coordination and promotions
- Customer Support Team for issue resolution and order escalations
Work Environment
- Location: Capes India Office, Goregaon East, Mumbai (Near Oberoi Mall)
- Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
