The Operations Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic expansion across all centres. The role ensures that centres achieve their Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets, maintain EBITDA profitability, and deliver a high-quality student experience, while ensuring alignment between marketing, admissions, academic delivery, and centre administration.

We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead multi-centre performance, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across all centres.
Key Responsibilities:
Own P&L, revenue growth, and EBITDA across centres
Drive enrollments across programs (Hybrid, ISP, Tuition, Govt Exams, Skill Programs)
Execute Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monitor performance metrics
Optimise admissions funnel & lead conversion (2530% target)
Manage centre operations, costs, and budgets efficiently
Lead offline marketing & partnerships to boost lead generation
Ensure high student satisfaction & service quality
Oversee infrastructure, admin, and SOP compliance
Drive program performance, occupancy, and expansion initiatives
Key Metrics:
100%+ revenue target achievement

3x marketing ROI
