Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Gurugram. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, including coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, ensuring readiness and quality standards across all vacation homes, and managing vendor relationships. The role includes monitoring occupancy, overseeing check-in and check-out processes, and resolving guest issues promptly and professionally. The Operations Manager will analyze operational performance, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. This position also collaborates with customer service, finance, and marketing teams to support revenue goals and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or property management.
  • Strong skills in process optimization, resource planning, and day-to-day team coordination.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships, oversee housekeeping and maintenance, and maintain quality standards.
  • Comfort with using property management systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and conduct regular visits to properties as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience leading or supervising teams is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of local regulations related to short-term rentals or hospitality is a plus.
