Core Work Activities:
OPERATIONS:
- Oversee the operations and functions of the centre, end to end.
- Managing and supervising the administration, security, and housekeeping functions.
- Directly responsible for the client retention and satisfaction.
- Would be taking care of all expansions and move ins.
- Responsible for the monthly payment collections.
- Would be directly responsible for the CSR income for the centre.
- Ensure the monthly P&L is prepared and submitted to the management.
- Responsible for monitoring monthly inventory of supplies and equipment & Ensuring purchases made are within budget and by approved vendors.
- Ensure the centre is working at the optimum condition with highest levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety
- Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment and services.
- Ensure full compliance with the unit operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Verifies property compliance with Legal, Safety, Operations, Labour standards.
- Inspects and documents repairs and cleanliness of property to ensure optimum upkeep and repair, room cleanliness, and overall property appearance.
- Ensure that all customer-related issues are solved in a manner consistent with the company's goals and objectives.
- Ensures good safety practices of employees and customers, assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures.
- Establishes and maintains applicable preventive maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the Centre & Develop improvements actions and carries out cost savings of the unit.
- Supervise the centre every day including customer offices and ensure the systems are in place
- Hire, train, and supervise centre employees, ensuring they provide excellent client services and enforce company policies.
- Prepare daily centre performance reports and submit the same to the management.
- MIS to be prepared and shared with the management.
- Interact regularly with the team members and guide the team
- Addressing the customer escalation with priority and attending to them in time
- Having a good rapport with government officials, local community, etc.
