Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Attend walk-in clients and resolve queries related to mutual funds
2. Assist investors in purchase, redemption, SIP, switch, and STP transactions
3. Provide information on schemes, NAV, and account statements
4. Ensure accurate processing of mutual fund transactions (purchase/redemption/SIP)
5. Coordinate with RTA (Registrar & Transfer Agent) for transaction processing
6. Maintain proper documentation and KYC compliance
7. Ensure adherence to SEBI & AMFI guidelines
8. Verify KYC, FATCA, and regulatory documents
9. Maintain audit-ready records for all transactions
10. Coordinate with sales/RM teams for client servicing
11. Liaise with internal operations and backend teams
12. Support branch in achieving service quality benchmarks
13. Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction
14. Handle escalations and resolve complaints within TAT
15. Maintain long-term relationships with investors
16. Maintain daily transaction records and reports
17. Track service requests and closures
18. Share branch MIS with reporting manager
