Operations Head Whoppl

Department: Operations

Reports to: Founder / Chief Operating Officer

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Role Overview

As the Operations Manager at Whoppl, you'll be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring projects move smoothly across departments, teams perform at their best, and KPIs are achieved consistently. You'll collaborate with leadership, client servicing, influencer, and creative teams to deliver operational excellence and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Planning & Team Coordination

oOversee day-to-day operations across Client Servicing, Creative, Influencer, and Finance teams.

oDrive structured workflows to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely client deliveries.

KPI Management & Performance Monitoring

oDefine and track key performance indicators (team productivity, delivery timelines, campaign quality, and client satisfaction).

oReview progress regularly with team leads and take corrective action when targets are at risk.

Process Optimization & Efficiency

oIdentify gaps and streamline workflows to improve turnaround times and resource utilization.

oImplement tools and systems to track progress, reduce errors, and enhance communication.

Client & Vendor Coordination

oLiaise between internal teams, clients, and external partners for smooth operations.

oEnsure client deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Budget & Resource Management

oPlan and allocate budgets across campaigns efficiently.

oMaintain operational cost control and provide monthly performance reports.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.

46 years of experience in operations, preferably in a marketing, digital, or influencer agency.

Proven experience in handling KPIs, project management, and cross-team coordination.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management and reporting

Preferred Skills

MBA or PG in Operations / Marketing.

Familiarity with influencer marketing ecosystem and brand campaign processes.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.

Experience managing teams in a fast-paced creative setup.
