To effectively monitor, control, and drive the overall Business and Operations of Micro-Banking, ensuring sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and compliance adherence.
2. Principal Accountabilities
- Achieve Business and Collection budget targets consistently.
- Monitor all branches and drive them to achieve monthly performance targets.
- Lead Training & Development initiatives for team members.
- Monitor productivity levels and collection efficiency across branches.
- Identify new potential areas every month to ensure quality-driven expansion.
- Ensure 100% compliance with process, product, and credit guidelines.
- Ensure customer sourcing by the team follows defined quality standards without deviations.
