About The Role

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager - US Real Estate process. The ideal candidate should have a background in HOA, underwriting, credit, and collateral processes, with proven experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is critical to driving operational efficiency, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting strategic decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations related to the US mortgage process.
  • Address and resolve HOA-related queries through online research and client interactions.
  • Oversee core functions such as underwriting, credit checks, and collateral evaluation.
  • Conduct and validate market research to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update property data in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency.
  • Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching and support.
  • Uphold high standards of communication, quality, and productivity.

Core Requirements

  • Prior experience in US mortgage or US real estate operations or general operations is mandatory.
  • In-depth understanding of HOA, underwriting, credit, and collateral processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in team handling and collaborating across departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (US hours).

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
