We're looking for someone who can run the engine behind the brand from managing day-to-day operations to ensuring every drop, dispatch, and digital campaign lands perfectly.
This role blends operations + marketing execution, so if you understand both backend hustle and front-end hype, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Operations & Supply Chain
- Manage end-to-end order lifecycle – from website order to final delivery
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners
- Track inventory, stock levels, and restocks to avoid stockouts
- Ensure smooth execution of product drops (limited releases)
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer issue resolution
2. E-commerce & Website Management
- Oversee website operations (Shopify or equivalent)
- Ensure product listings, pricing, and collections are always updated
- Monitor order flow, payment issues, and backend dashboards
- Improve conversion rates and checkout experience
3. Marketing Execution & Growth
- Work closely with the creative team to execute campaigns & drops
- Coordinate Instagram launches, influencer collaborations, and reels
- Track campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Support in planning collabs, pop-ups, and offline activations
4. Customer Experience
- Own the end-to-end customer journey
- Ensure fast response time on DMs, emails, and queries
- Build processes that create a premium yet relatable brand experience
5. Reporting & Process Building
- Track key metrics: sales, order fulfillment time, returns %, campaign ROI
- Build SOPs for scaling operations smoothly
- Identify gaps and continuously optimize processes
Who We're Looking For
- 2–5 years experience in D2C / fashion / e-commerce / streetwear brands
- Strong understanding of Shopify, logistics, and inventory systems
- Hands-on with Instagram marketing & brand drops culture
- Hustler mindset – someone who can own things end-to-end
- Detail-oriented but also understands brand vibe & culture
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked with streetwear or Gen-Z brands
- Understand limited drop model / hype marketing
- Have handled influencer campaigns or content shoots
