Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving day-to-day supply chain operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and implementing efficient processes. Key responsibilities include managing logistical operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, optimizing resource utilization, ensuring adherence to operational policies, and driving continuous improvements. The role also entails managing budgets, supervising staff, and working with stakeholders to meet performance goals and ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operations management, supply chain optimization, and logistics strategies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with an ability to handle complex workflows
- Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and cross-functional coordination
- Knowledge of resource management, budget handling, and process improvement methodologies
- Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant supply chain software and technologies
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage large-scale operations
- Prior experience in supply chain and logistics in a multinational company is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA is preferred)
