| We are seeking an experienced Digital & IT Functional Operations Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end IT operations, ensure system reliability, and drive process optimization through technology, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring uptime, performance, and service delivery. Oversee digital transformation projects, system upgrades, and new technology rollouts. Collaborate with business units to align IT solutions with functional and organizational goals. Manage vendors, service providers, and internal teams for efficient operations and support. Implement IT governance, compliance, and security standards across systems and processes. Drive automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance productivity. Monitor system KPIs, report operational performance, and ensure SLA adherence. Manage IT budgeting, asset management, and software licensing. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for incident resolution and change management. Technical & Functional Skills: Core: IT Operations Management, Digital Transformation, Process Automation, ITSM, Project Management, Incident & Change Management, Vendor Management Tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, ITIL Tools, Monitoring Tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios), Cloud Management (AWS / Azure) Knowledge Areas: IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud Services, ERP/CRM Systems, Cybersecurity Practices Methodologies: ITIL Framework, Agile, DevOps, Continuous Improvement (Kaizen/Lean) Preferred Skills: Experience in managing enterprise-level digital programs and cross-functional IT teams. Certification in ITIL / PMP / Prince2 / Agile is a plus. Exposure to automation tools (RPA / Power Automate / ServiceNow Automatio n).
