Job Title: Operations Manager – Travel 

Location: Okhla Phase 2

Experience Required: 4–7 years (with experience in handling luxury clients and hotel bookings)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Travel who specializes in managing high-end travel experiences, with a strong focus on luxury hotel bookings and services for HNI/VIP clients. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, client-focused, and have excellent relationships with luxury hotel brands and travel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Luxury Hotel & Travel Bookings:

  • Handle domestic and international hotel bookings for high-end and VIP clients.
  • Negotiate with luxury hotel chains for the best rates, upgrades, and complimentary services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with 5-star and boutique hotel properties.

2. Itinerary Planning & Customization:

  • Design and execute customized travel itineraries with luxury services, experiences, and logistics.
  • Offer clients personalized experiences such as private transfers, exclusive tours, and special event access.

3. Client Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as a point of contact for all client travel requirements from inquiry to post-travel feedback.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by offering prompt support, accurate information, and premium service.

4. Vendor & Partner Management:

  • Build a strong vendor network including DMCs, hotel partners, transport providers, and local concierge services.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between all vendors for smooth travel execution.

5. Operations & Documentation:

  • Manage booking confirmations, payment tracking, vouchers, invoices, and other travel documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of client preferences, bookings, and follow-up schedules.

6. Crisis Management & On-Trip Support:

  • Provide real-time assistance during travel disruptions or emergencies.
  • Be available for urgent client requirements beyond office hours when needed.

7. Reporting & Strategy:

  • Analyse trip feedback and client behaviour to improve services.
  • Maintain reports on booking trends, client satisfaction, and partner performance.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of luxury travel and premium hotel chains
  • Excellent spoken and written communication
  • Strong coordination and vendor negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in travel management software (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) and MS Office
  • High attention to detail and client-first mindset
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in travel operations, preferably with a luxury travel company or concierge service
