Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ Diploma in MECHANICAL /ELECTRICAL/CIVIL Engineering, B.Arch, BBA/BMS in Operations, MBA/PGDM in Operations Management

Salary : 10.00 - 12.00 LPA

Job description:-We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations, optimize resources, and develop effective planning strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely project and production execution.

Key Responsibilities:-

*Overlook daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

*Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Procurement, Sales, Logistics.

*Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports for management.

*Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

*Identify and resolve bottlenecks or process delays.

*Prepare short-term and long-term operational plans aligned with business goals

*Create, monitor, and adjust production or project schedules.

*Forecast demand and analyze capacity requirements.

*Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

*Liaise with procurement and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials.

*Communicate project timelines and progress to internal teams and stakeholders.

*Support project management activities including documentation and follow-ups.

*Participate in client or vendor meetings, if required.

*Identify areas for process optimization and cost reduction.

*Implement best practices in planning, workflow, and documentation.

*Pre-sale activity will be part of day-to-day operational work.

Qualifications & Skills:-

*Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and project management tools like Power BI OR Microsoft Projects.

*Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

*Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

*Knowledge of supply chain principles or project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a

plus.

* Completion of any AI-based courses aimed at improving operation efficiency will be considered a plus.

*Mathematics basics should be clear.
