Operations Manager (4-5 years)

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing daily operations work
• Coordinating with collection agencies and vendors
• Responsible for all agreement execution process
• Maintaining reports of all escalations
• Handling of all documentations and SOPs related to operations processes

Skills & Qualification required:

• Graduate or Post graduate with 4-6 YEAR of experience in operations
• Good in MS-Excel
• Worked on escalation management and vendor management
• Experience in Fintech/ E-commerce will be added advantage
