Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager, who will handle Project Management & Capability Building for our Enterprise business. The role includes overseeing execution, supervision, client interactions, and continuous improvement of operational processes. The candidate will also be responsible for developing the capabilities of the operations team by conducting structured training, mentoring new recruits, and ensuring consistent implementation of company processes across project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Oversee Environics Service implementation and activities at client locations as per requirement.

2) Ensure quality and operational standards are met.

3) Overseeing work of Operations Engineers and provide technical guidance.

4) Manage client interactions, site documentation, and reporting.

5) Design and conduct training programs for new Operations Trainees and Engineers.

6) Mentor, coach, and evaluate new team members during their induction and on-the-job training.

7) Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training manuals, and operational best practices to build organizational capability.

8) Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Educational Qualification:

·      Graduate in any discipline with a technical qualification such as a Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

·      Candidates with a bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental, Architecture or allied disciplines will also be considered.

·      Candidate having done project management training/ course can also be considered.

Eligibility & Experience:

·      5–7 years of experience in managing a team and operations.

·      Experience at infrastructure sites as Senior Supervisor or similar role.

Skills Required:

·      Project Management

·      Strong communication skills

·      Ability to work independently

·      Willingness to travel extensively

·      Good problem-solving ability

Compensation:

·      7.2 – 12.0 lacs per annum, depending upon experience and qualification

·      Travel and allowances as per company policy

Other Requirements:

·      Ready for PAN India travel on short notice

·      Physically fit for fieldwork
