The role will entail:

• Manage the operations team to ensure all processes are optimised and KPI's are achieved/
• Handle and process all orders on our website
• Understand and optimise all logistics processes
• Enhance client servicing
• Follow up with vendors of order fulfilments
• Help with operational changes needed to increase efficiency
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors for various requirements.

Requirements:

• You must speak fluent English
• You must understand and know how to operate MS Office properly
• You must have good communication and organisation skills
• Should be eager to learn about platforms such as Shopify.
• You must be able to multi - task and not be fazed by tight deadlines
• Punctuality and organisation is a must
