Operations Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Pune Division. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure workflow efficiency, and manage resources to meet production and quality goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, analyzing operational performance, implementing process improvements, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. This role also requires managing relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, including delegating tasks, performance evaluation, and staff development
• Proficiency in supply chain management, production planning, and inventory control
• Experience in quality control and adherence to safety regulations and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for operational efficiency and process optimization
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, including suppliers and clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or surface treatment industry is advantageous
