Operations Manager - Steel Foundry

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager - Steel Foundry at UNIMECH INDUSTRIES (Pvt) Ltd. in Coimbatore. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the steel foundry, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and on-time delivery. They will also be responsible for managing a team of production staff, implementing process improvements, and coordinating with other departments for seamless operations.

• Experience in steel foundry operations, production management, and quality control
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with process improvements and optimization
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools
