Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day construction and interior project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with site supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors. The role involves monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and resolving operational issues to keep work on time and within budget. The Operations Manager will manage procurement workflows, track inventory and materials, and support cost control and documentation. In addition, this role will collaborate closely with design, sales, and finance teams, prepare regular status reports for leadership, and contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and client experience.
Qualifications

  • Strong project and operations management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience managing construction or interior fit-out sites, with a solid understanding of quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with basic project management tools, documentation, and reporting; familiarity with construction management software is an advantage.
  • Effective communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Two years of experience.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects or sites simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field; a relevant diploma with strong experience may be considered.
  • Prior experience in residential or commercial construction/interiors in the Bengaluru market is preferred.
  • Comfort working on-site full time, with flexibility to visit multiple project locations as needed.
