Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Analytics & Secondary Data Management

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze secondary sales data from all international markets.
  • Provide structured inputs and insights to the Category and Analytics teams to support decision-making.
  • Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms for ongoing performance tracking and corrective actions.

2. SOP Governance & Retail Project Management

  • Create, modify, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for international Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs).
  • Lead and execute retail projects including New store openings, Store renovations, Store layout planning, Interior and design coordination.
  • Manage these projects for both EBOs and MBOs, working closely with internal stakeholders and Business Managers.
  • Develop and institutionalize retail performance metrics for company-owned and partner EBOs.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to defined metrics.

3. Retail Operations, Compliance & Audits

  • Identify operational issues and glitches across company-owned and partner stores.
  • Approve and deploy corrective and preventive measures to ensure smooth store operations and sales continuity.
  • Demand Forecasting & Replenishment Planning: Collaborate with relevant teams to forecast demand as per usage of kits & VM elements & consumables, plan replenishments, and maintain optimum stock levels based on the collated indent. This indent has to be planned basis usage trends of the existing stock and retail expansion plans from business.
  • Warehousing & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with CFA and supply chain team to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of VM materials. Close loop with the store teams on receipt of materials.
  • VM Campaign support & New Store Opening: Liaise with creative for the campaign/NSO plan. Work with vendors on timely delivery & WH/logistics for dispatches. Close loop with retail teams.
  • Ensure SOP & Commercial compliance across markets.
  • Laison with BM's and the legal team to ensure all the Business Agreements are in order.

4. Training, Capability Building & Talent Pipeline

  • Work closely with dedicated trainers to create selling and service training modules in relevant local languages for EBOs and MBOs.
  • Develop and manage training and refresher calendars for each country.
  • Collaborate with Business Managers to ensure continuous upskilling of company CROs.

Work Experience

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of retail operations (EBOs & MBOs)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and dashboards
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Digital, VM, Finance, and IT teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Preferred Experience

  • MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute
  • 6-8 years in retail operations, sales excellence
  • Exposure to automation, digital and retail tools
  • Experience in watches, eyewear, fashion, or lifestyle retail preferred
