Operations Manager

Position : Operation Manager for Kuwait

Job Responsbility:

Oversee daily operations of all field service lines including well services, ALS, wireline, slickline, testing, and workover activities.

Ensure compliance with HSE standards and corporate policies. Manage and allocate resources, equipment, and personnel efficiently. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Interpret and negotiate oil and gas contract terms, including service-levelagreements (SLAs), pricing, and performance metrics. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across multiple service lines. Monitor and report on KPIs, budgets, cost control, and project execution. Support tendering, bid preparation, and business development activities. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams for performance optimization. Maintain a strong focus on QHSE, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
