Operations Manager (Shopping Mall)

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage daily cleaning operations and ensure the shopping mall meets the required cleanliness standards.
2. Plan manpower deployment, monitor staff attendance and performance, and handle manpower issues.
3. Maintain good relationships with clients and handle feedback or complaints promptly.
4. Conduct site inspections and ensure staff follow cleaning SOPs, safety procedures and training requirements.
5. Monitor cleaning equipment, materials and operational costs, and provide hands-on support when required.

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning, facilities management, hospitality or related industries preferred.
• Experience managing cleaners or supervisors is an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to handle clients and resolve operational issues.
• Good planning and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and be hands-on when required.
