Handle disbursement processes for retail asset products such as LAP, Micro-LAP, Affordable Housing Loans, Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Emerging Market loans
Maintain records, implement, and strictly adhere to SOPs for all processes
Manage post-disbursal activities, including receipt and closure of PDD/deliverables
Operate the customer service desk for walk-in customers and address their queries
Manage property documents, including scanning, storage, retrieval, and knowledge of locally applicable documentation
Ensure adherence to branch operations processes in collaboration with sales, credit, collections, and other teams
Maintain audit readiness of the branch by following critical operational parameters at all times
