Seeking an experienced and performance-driven Restaurant Manager with a strong background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all shifts
- Maintain QSR standards for service speed, quality, and hygiene
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve performance targets
Sales & Customer Service
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally
- Implement upselling and promotional strategies
Inventory & Cost Control
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Control food cost, wastage, and operational expenses
- Ensure proper cash handling and daily closing procedures
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain daily sales reports and operational records
- Monitor KPIs such as sales, labor cost, and food cost
- Ensure adherence to audit and compliance requirements
Candidate Requirements
- 34 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a QSR brand
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of QSR operations, inventory, and cost control
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Target-oriented and capable of handling high-pressure environments
