We are seeking a sharp, dependable Real Estate Operations Manager to anchor day-to-day operations and support the management team. This is a hands-on role with clear responsibility and strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily reporting with management.
- Schedule meetings and support the management team.
- Source potential projects and support feasibility assessments.
- Maintain project cost reports and support financial modeling.
- Manage end-to-end client and broker communication across buying, selling, and rental transactions.
- Lead on-site property viewings.
- Develop and maintain lease and sale inventory, and other databases.
- Coordinate with branding and marketing partners.
- Ensure smooth operations with consistent follow-ups across all stakeholders and tasks.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in real estate brokerage in Chennai.
- Strong understanding of buying, selling, and rental processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; verbal fluency in Tamil required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and day-to-day digital tools.
- Ability to understand and update financial models and project cost tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.
- Must hold a valid two-wheeler license and have access to a bike, at minimum.
