About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager – RCM who goes beyond just managing operations—someone who owns outcomes, drives revenue metrics, and scales teams across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end RCM operations, with strong focus on Payment Posting & Reconciliation
- Design and implement robust reconciliation frameworks for healthcare receivables
- Ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of payments across 835 files, bank statements, and internal systems
- Collaborate with RCM, Finance, and IT teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows
- Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives
- Develop and maintain SOPs, audit documentation, and reporting frameworks
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and payer guidelines
- Manage banking processes including ACH, EFT, lockbox, and wire transfers
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership on performance and trends
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across multiple accounts
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM (Payment Posting & Reconciliation)
- Strong expertise in 835/837 files, ERA/EFT workflows
- Proven experience handling multiple RCM accounts and large teams (500–1500 HC)
- Deep understanding of US banking and reconciliation systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) with healthcare experience
- Experience in automation and process optimization initiatives
