Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee soft services across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction while managing a diverse team and multiple service vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Site Oversight: Manage and standardize soft services operations (housekeeping, security, front office, landscaping, pest control, etc.) across all assigned locations.
- Team Management: Lead a team of site supervisors, facility executives, and service staff; ensure adequate staffing and training.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee third-party service providers, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and ensure contract compliance.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with clients, conduct regular reviews, and address service issues proactively.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and hygiene protocols.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage operational budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Training & Development: Organize training programs to upskill staff and ensure compliance with service protocols.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, audits, and performance metrics.
- Crisis & Risk Management: Develop contingency plans and ensure readiness for emergencies or service disruptions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in soft services management, with at least 3 years in a multi-site leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping, security, and front office operations.
- Experience in managing large teams and multiple service contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (e.g., CAFM, CMMS).
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Certifications: IFMA CFM, BICS, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to travel frequently between sites.
