Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Kolkata. The Operations Manager will oversee & execute daily operational BTL activities, Events, Exhibitions, Branding , manage teams, and streamline processes to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities will include coordinating with clients, ensuring timely project delivery, managing budgets, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves problem-solving, performance tracking, and implementing operational improvements to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to coordinate and guide operational teams effectively
- Project management capabilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines, handling budgets, and ensuring quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategies for operational efficiency
- Knowledge of the marketing and experiential advertising industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field
- Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and proficiency in using operational management tools
