• Should have good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Should have good communication Skills (both written & verbal) Skill Set
• Candidate should have good healthcare knowledge
• Candidate should have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid
• Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors

Skills (Must Have)

• Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have at least 10+ years of experience in AR and Denial management
• Well organized, highly efficient with a keen eye for detail
• Strong quantitative ability Should have overall 7+ years of experience in RCM Operations
• Should have analytical skills & exhibit clear thinking/reasoning
• Should be able to comprehend & well-articulated to present his/her thought process well
• Should have excellent feedback and coaching skills
