Industry: Car Carrier / Logistics / Transportation Location: Delhi Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years Job Summary: We are hiring a highly experienced professional for the role of DGM – Operations to manage PAN India car carrier and transportation operations. The candidate should have strong expertise in fleet management, transporter handling, operational planning, maintenance, profitability, and team management within the logistics or transport industry. Key Responsibilities: Handle PAN India transport and car carrier operations. Manage fleet operations, vehicle utilization, route planning, and dispatch activities. Ensure timely vehicle placement and delivery coordination. Handle transporter/vendor management and vendor development. Monitor operational costs, diesel expenses, maintenance, and profitability. Supervise vehicle maintenance, breakdown handling, insurance claims, permits, and RTO documentation. Coordinate with branches, customers, drivers, and internal teams for smooth operations. Prepare MIS reports, operational reports, billing coordination, and documentation. Ensure compliance, GPS tracking, POD management, and operational discipline. Lead operations teams and improve efficiency across branches and fleet operations. Candidate Profile: Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, transport, fleet management, or automobile logistics. Experience in car carrier / auto logistics industry preferred. Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, vendor handling, and branch coordination. Good knowledge of Excel, ERP, SAP, MIS reporting, and operational systems. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
