Location: Dahisar, Mumbai

Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role for an Operations Manager located in Mumbai, requiring four working days per week. The Operations Manager will oversee and streamline daily operations, coordinate cross-functional team activities, ensure efficient workflow, and optimize processes to improve company performance. Key responsibilities include resource planning, supervising project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations while enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Operational skills, including process management, resource planning, and project coordination
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
• Proficiency in organizational and time management to ensure smooth workflow
• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders
• Analytical and data interpretation skills to evaluate operational metrics and improve efficiency
• Preferred: Prior experience in the gemstones or jewellery industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is an advantage
