We are expanding and looking for a sharp, fast-execution-focused Operations Manager to join our high-performance team.
Role SummaryYou will be responsible for strategic and end-to-end ownership of leadership programs and coaching engagements, ensuring seamless execution, optimization, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong operational leadership, strategic judgment, agility, and exceptional stakeholder communication, with the ability to independently drive high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee operations across leadership development and executive coaching programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Act as the primary point of ownership for coordination with clients, coaches, internal teams, and external partners/vendors
- Own program planning and execution, including timelines, deliverables, interdependencies, and risk mitigation to ensure consistent on-time and high-quality outcomes
- Strategically manage scheduling and logistics for virtual and in-person sessions, workshops, reviews, and multi-stakeholder engagements
- Design, maintain, and review trackers, dashboards, and project documentation, ensuring accuracy, insights, and data-driven decision-making
- Drive closure and accountability by ensuring timely follow-ups on feedback, reports, outcomes, and action items across stakeholders
- Contribute to advanced research, reporting, and content coordination, maintaining a quality-first and detail-oriented approach
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and administrative teams to support seamless program delivery and scalability
- Ensure operational excellence, strong client experience, and continuous improvement across all programs and processes
Requirements:- 58 years of progressive experience in operations, project management, program management, or complex program coordination
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven confidence in client-facing and senior leadership interactions
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously
- High level of ownership, accountability, and outcome-driven execution, with minimal oversight
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments, managing ambiguity effectively
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, including trackers, reports, and presentations
- Proven experience in vendor and partner management, including coordination, performance tracking, and issue resolution
- Comfort working closely with founders and senior leaders, handling high-impact, high-responsibility initiatives with discretion and professionalism
- Working knowledge of finance and accounting concepts is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree (BMS/BBA/BA/B.Com/MBA preferred, but flexible based on demonstrated experience and skills)
- Prior experience in consulting, corporate training, HR, leadership development, coaching, or L&D environments is a strong advantage
