Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Nahur
Qualification: Post Graduate / MBA preferred
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to independently manage day-to-day business operations, drive team productivity, improve processes, and ensure smooth and error-free execution across departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage overall day-to-day business operations and ensure operational efficiency.
Lead and monitor teams, productivity, performance, attendance, and discipline.
Oversee administration, vendors, facilities, and office management.
Coordinate accounts, billing, collections, payments, expenses, and receivables.
Manage customer service, queries, complaints, and timely resolution.
Coordinate IT projects, software implementation, automation, and external IT vendors.
Oversee legal documentation, property registration, and coordination with legal teams.
Supervise field teams involved in property and registration-related activities.
Prepare and review MIS, operational reports, and performance data for management.
Coordinate with customers, employees, government offices, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
10–15 years of experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
Experience in Real Estate Services, Property Services, Financial Services, Service Industry, or related sectors.
Strong people management, leadership, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills with a hands-on and result-oriented approach.
