Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced P&C Claims Senior Manager to manage end-to-end claims operations, including FNOL, investigation, adjudication, settlement, and closure. The role involves leading large teams, managing key clients and stakeholders, and ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and high-quality claims delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end P&C claims lifecycle from FNOL to settlement and closure
Handle complex and high-value claims, ensuring accurate assessment and resolution
Lead and manage large teams, including managers and claims professionals
Ensure SLA adherence, quality, and operational efficiency
Manage client relationships and act as escalation point for critical issues
Coordinate with underwriting, finance, legal, and external vendors
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal audit requirements
Monitor key KPIs such as turnaround time, accuracy, and claims leakage
Drive process improvements and support automation/transformation initiatives
Required Skills:
15+ years of experience in P&C / General Insurance claims
Strong experience in end-to-end claims processing
Proven team leadership and people management skills
Strong client and stakeholder management experience
Good understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and claims adjudication
Analytical and decision-making skills
