To drive enterprise revenue by closing large, high-impact deals and positioning the organization as a leader in AI-powered video analytics solutions.
Experience Required7–15 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably in Video Analytics, AI, Analytics, or IT Solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify and acquire new enterprise and government clients
- Drive consultative and solution-based selling for complex offerings
- Engage with CXOs and key stakeholders to influence decision-making
- Lead RFPs, tenders, and multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Collaborate with product and pre-sales teams for effective deal closure
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in closing large enterprise deals (₹1 Cr+ or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of long and complex sales cycles
- Experience in AI, analytics, surveillance, or related domains preferred
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of ownership and execution capability
