Enterprise Sales Manager – Video Analytics Platform

Role Mission

To drive enterprise revenue by closing large, high-impact deals and positioning the organization as a leader in AI-powered video analytics solutions.

Experience Required

7–15 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably in Video Analytics, AI, Analytics, or IT Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise and government clients
  • Drive consultative and solution-based selling for complex offerings
  • Engage with CXOs and key stakeholders to influence decision-making
  • Lead RFPs, tenders, and multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Collaborate with product and pre-sales teams for effective deal closure
  • Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in closing large enterprise deals (₹1 Cr+ or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of long and complex sales cycles
  • Experience in AI, analytics, surveillance, or related domains preferred
  • Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of ownership and execution capability
