What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end captain operational processes for the Hyderabad market, driving efficiency across delivery captain workflows
• Identify and solve operational problems in a structured, first-principles way
• Build and iterate on processes from scratch — comfort with 0→1 problem solving is essential
• Spend meaningful time on the ground to gather direct feedback from captains
• Monitor market dynamics and competition, and translate observations into actionable decisions
• Use data to surface insights, track KPIs, and flag anomalies before they become problems

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong bias for action with structured thinking — you move fast but don't cut corners on clarity
• Comfortable owning manual process flows and building SOPs where none exist
• Data-driven mindset; can independently pull, analyse, and present data without always needing support
• Fluent in Telugu or Hindi (preferred for local stakeholder management)

• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for self-serve analysis
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player
• Ground-up problem solver with an ownership mentality
