stage funding round.
Data-Driven Storyteller: You can convert complex unit economics and financial data into a
credible, compelling narrative for institutional investors and the Board.

We have built a high-velocity business now we need the architect to build a world-class machine.
As the Operations Lead, you are the custodian of the Order-to-Delivery (O2D) lifecycle. Your
mission is to transition our operations from hustle-led to process-driven,
ensuring our
infrastructure can handle 10x growth with surgical precision as we head toward our IPO.
Your Three Main Objectives
Build the Machine: Transition the SBO, BBO, and Transportation verticals from manual
efforts to a tech-enabled, excellence-led department.
Drive Unit Economics: Ruthlessly identify and remove inefficiencies, delays, and errors that
impact the bottom line.
Scale Strategy: Architect an operational framework that allows for a 1000 increase in
volume without a 1000 increase in headcount.
