Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with Ind AS.
- Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for statutory auditors, ensuring timely resolution of queries and smooth completion of audit cycles.
- Consolidation: Oversee the consolidation of financial results across multiple entities/subsidiaries (if applicable), ensuring accuracy in inter-company eliminations.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all reporting meets the regulatory requirements of listed companies and stays updated on evolving accounting standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in the financial reporting process to drive efficiency, automation, and stronger internal controls.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling financial reporting for listed companies.
- Proficiency in complex group consolidations.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
