Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, implement and improve processes, ensure effective resource allocation, manage teams across departments, and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. The role includes monitoring compliance with policies, optimizing operational efficiency, and collaborating with senior leadership to meet organizational goals.
