Experience Required

• 8–15 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Coding / RCM.
• 3–5 years of experience managing coding teams and accounts.
• Experience in client management and large-scale operations.
• Good knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and medical coding.
• Experience handling multiple coding processes/specialties is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of medical coding accounts.
• Lead Coding Teams, Team Leaders and Quality teams.
• Ensure quality, productivity, accuracy, TAT and SLA targets.
• Manage staffing, workload and work allocation.
• Monitor account performance and resolve operational issues.
• Handle client escalations and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare and present MIS, KPI and performance reports.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS.
• Understanding of coding compliance and audits.
• Experience with EHR, coding/ billing systems and productivity tools.
• CPC/CCS/CIC/CCA certification is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Healthcare/Life Sciences/Medical/Nursing/Pharmacy background is an advantage.
