Educational Qualification BE / B. Tech (Mechanical) + MBA
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, guide and motivate teams for achieving departmental goals.
- Coordinate with Planning, Purchase, QA/QC, Maintenance, Dispatch teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor inventory, raw materials availability and machine readiness.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports for management review.
- Monitor lean manufacturing practices and suggest improvement initiatives.
- Identify bottlenecks and reduce downtime through strategic planning.
- Drive cost reduction projects and optimize operational workflows.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies and statutory requirements.
- Monitor workplace health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Conduct safety audits and enforce corrective actions.
