Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Operations Manager Golf to oversee the daily operations of the golf retail outlet and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Golf Shop Operations
- Oversee daily golf shop operations and retail performance
- Manage merchandising, stock control, and vendor coordination
- Ensure attractive product display and storefront standards
- Handle POS systems, billing, and daily sales reconciliation
2. Customer Experience & Public Relations
- Deliver outstanding service to members and guests
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Build strong relationships with club members
- Coordinate with golf operations team during tournaments and events
3. Team Coordination
- Supervise and guide golf shop staff
- Maintain a service-driven and customer-focused culture
4. Administration & Reporting
- Maintain inventory reports and sales analytics
- Prepare periodic performance reports
- Ensure compliance with club policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong computer proficiency (POS systems, MS Office, email communication)
- Experience in retail/store operations
- Strong public relations and interpersonal skills
- Sports-minded; interest in golf is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
- Leadership and team management capability
Preferred Experience
- Experience in golf clubs, sports retail, hospitality, or luxury retail
- Familiarity with golf merchandise and equipment
