Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and lead high-performing operations functions within a complex, risk-driven environment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership capabilities, deep operations expertise, and a passion for driving process excellence and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage specialized operations teams, ensuring delivery excellence across BAU and high-volume periods (month-end/quarter-end)
  • Drive process improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations delivery
  • Manage escalations, track KPIs/KRIs, and ensure service levels are consistently met
  • Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and financial/budget management
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
  • Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring, and performance management of team members
  • Support hiring, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Deliver insightful MI reporting and contribute to strategic initiatives and projects

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Operations or related domain
  • 2+ years of leadership or team management experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong experience in people management (4+ years preferred)
  • Hands-on expertise in Wholesale Lending Operations (highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in budgeting, capacity planning, and contingency planning
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts (US hours)
