Job Title: Operations Manager
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Hub & Spoke network for premium dry cleaning and laundry services, including specialized leather cleaning. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between the central hub and satellite outlets, maintaining high service quality, optimizing operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across retail locations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee operations across the entire Hub & Spoke network, including multiple retail outlets and the central processing facility.
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium dry cleaning, laundry, and leather cleaning services, meeting stringent quality standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all departments to maximize efficiency and service excellence.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff at all levels, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and operational policies.
- Coordinate logistics between the hub and spokes for smooth pickup, delivery, and garment processing.
- Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness at all locations.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to uphold high standards, especially for luxury and leather items.
- Analyze operational data, customer feedback, and sales metrics to identify improvement areas and drive performance.
- Control costs, manage budgets, and optimize resource utilization across the network.
- Handle customer escalations and complaints, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with vendors, logistics providers, and support teams for smooth operations.
- Implement and monitor safety standards and compliance procedures.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Proven experience in managing multi-unit operations in premium dry cleaning, laundry, or similar service sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and drive operational improvements.
- Familiarity with logistics, inventory management, and quality control processes.
- Capability to manage a fast-paced environment with multiple locations.
- Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail and quality.
